The Ultimate 10-300 — Gordon Price's Canadian-designed competition biplane built to beat the monoplanes — captured as a sport-scale RC model.
The Ultimate 10-300 is the work of Gordon Price, a Canadian aerobatic champion who designed the type as a biplane that could compete with the monoplanes that dominated unlimited aerobatic competition by the mid-1980s. The 300 first flew in August 1987. Square corners became the trademark of the design. A natural sibling of the Ultimate Bi-Plane (3D Planes pack), Profile Ultimate (CV Planes Pack 5), and MC Ultimate D in this same pack.
The biplane character — short-coupled, deceptively maneuverable. Use it to learn the biplane-specific aerobatic vocabulary.
