This policy covers Absolute RC Simulator, published by Happy Bytes LLC.
It describes what we collect, why we collect it and who else sees it. We do not sell
personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising.
What we collect

Your email address — the account identifier. Sign-in works by sending
a one-time link to it, so we also store those link tokens briefly until they expire or
are used.

A session cookie — set when you sign in, so the simulator knows who
you are on the next page. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Use of the service — which models and landscapes you load, when a
session starts, daily flight counts, and events such as starting a checkout. This is
what enforces plan limits and tells us which content is worth building next.

Visit analytics — page visited, the time, your IP address, your
browser's user-agent string, and a short hash derived from those two so repeat visits
in a session can be counted without a tracking cookie. Where present, the referring
page and campaign parameters are recorded too.

Subscription records — your plan, its status and dates, and the
PayPal subscription identifier. We never receive your card or bank details;
those stay with PayPal.

Support tickets — whatever you write to us, so we can answer.

Simulator settings — your preferences, so they follow you between
devices.
Why we collect it
To run your account and sign you in, to apply the limits of your plan, to take and
reconcile subscription payments, to answer support requests, to keep the service secure
and working, and to understand in aggregate how it is used so we can improve it.
Who else sees it
- PayPal — payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy terms apply to what they hold.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, the database, content delivery for models and landscapes, and the email service that sends our messages.
That is the whole list. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and we
do not sell it. We disclose data only where the law requires it.
Email
We send transactional email you have asked for: sign-in links, subscription and billing
notices, support replies. If you opted into news about the simulator, those messages carry
an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately; it does not stop
transactional email, which is part of running your account.
How long we keep it
Account, subscription and billing records are kept while your account exists and afterwards
only as long as needed for tax and accounting. Sign-in link tokens are short-lived. Support
tickets are kept so we have the history of a conversation. Analytics records are kept in
aggregate form.
Your choices
- See or correct what we hold about you — ask through support.
- Delete your account and personal data — ask the same way; we will confirm when it is done.
- Stop marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any such message.
- Cancel billing — from My Account or your PayPal account.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their
personal data. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it; significant changes
are announced by email to account holders.
