Subscriptions to Absolute RC Simulator are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. This page explains what happens to your money when you do.

Try before you pay

The Free plan needs no payment and no card, and where a free trial is offered you can use it and cancel before it converts. We would much rather you found out the simulator suits you before paying anything.

Cancelling

Cancel from My Account or directly in your PayPal account. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is taken.

Refunds

Within 14 days of a charge: if the simulator is not what you expected, ask us and we will refund that charge in full. No argument, no form to fill in.
A renewal you did not mean to keep: if you forgot to cancel and have not flown since the renewal, ask us and we will refund it.
Something is broken on our side: if the service was unusable for you and we could not fix it, we refund the affected period.
Part-months are not normally refunded outside those cases — the plan simply runs to the end of the period.

The quickest way to a refund is the support page. Tell us the email address on the account and roughly when the charge was taken; we do not need anything else. Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card that paid, usually within a few business days once issued.

Before you open a PayPal dispute

Please write to us first. A dispute takes far longer to resolve than an email, and there is nothing a dispute can achieve that we will not simply do for you if you ask.

Unrecognised charge?

On a statement the charge appears as Absolute RC Simulator / Happy Bytes LLC. If you see it and do not recognise it, contact us — if somebody set up a subscription with your payment method in error, we will cancel and refund it.
