The Pitts Special is Curtis Pitts's iconic American aerobatic biplane, originally designed in 1944 and refined across multiple variants over four decades. This RC implementation comes from Goodrich Aircraft Designs in the "Python" trim — a Pitts-based airframe configured for serious giant-scale aerobatic competition. Goodrich is one of several American RC manufacturers producing giant-scale Pitts variants for the competition aerobatic community.

A natural sibling of the Pitts Special (Sport Flyers pack), U32Pitts_3d (CV Planes Pack 7), and the broader Pitts family.
