The Fremont RC Field was a flying club field located in Fremont, California, in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. The author of this simulator was a member of the club and flew at the field for years. The site is no longer a flying field — a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station now occupies the original Fremont RC Field location, ending the field's active history as RC airspace. The simulator landscape preserves the field as it appeared during the author's time there, capturing a flying environment that no longer physically exists.
