The Delta is a basic delta-wing flying-wing sport flyer with the kind of distinctive triangular planform that has been a staple of the RC sport-flying category for decades. The delta layout — a swept triangular wing with no separate horizontal tail — gives the airframe a distinctive look and a flight character that differs from conventional layouts: fast wing-loading, sharp response, and the kind of slippery low-drag profile that suits a small powerful installation.
Like every well-loved delta-wing sport flyer, this one earns its place in the hobby by being three things at once: simple to build, fast on the controls, and durable enough to survive the inevitable hard landings that come with high-wing-loading airframes. Elevon control surfaces (combined elevators and ailerons) on the trailing edge provide all pitch and roll authority, with a small vertical fin on the centerline for yaw stability.
